Questions

Everything you need to know.

Before you apply, here are the most common questions.

Getting started
Who is this for?
People who want to feel strong, move well, and stay consistent — without turning fitness into a second job. Most of my clients are busy professionals, families, and people who want coaching that prioritizes safety and progress over intensity.
How do I start?
Apply, and I'll respond within 24 hours. If we're a fit, we book a short strategy call — no pressure, no pitch. Then we choose your schedule and start.
What happens on the strategy call?
We talk through your goals, training history, injuries, schedule, and what hasn't worked before. I'll explain how I'd approach your situation and which format fits best. It's a conversation, not a sales pitch. If we're not the right fit, I'll tell you.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No long-term contracts. I recommend committing to at least 2–3 sessions per week to see real results, but there's no lock-in. Most clients stay because the training works, not because they're obligated.
Training & coaching
What makes this "concierge"?
I bring a full gym — squat rack, cable machine, dumbbells, bands — set it up at your door, coach every movement, and pack it all away. Programming built around your body, schedule, and goals. Twelve clients, max.
Do I need equipment or space?
No equipment — I bring everything. A driveway, garage, patio, or living room is plenty. If you have a home gym, I'll integrate it.
I have injuries or I'm post-surgery. Can I train?
Often yes — but we do it right. I screen first, then coordinate with your PT or physician when needed. This isn't about pushing through pain. It's about building a foundation you can trust.
How long are sessions?
Typically 55–60 minutes. That includes a warm-up tailored to your body and a cool-down. No filler, no wasted time — every minute is coached.
What does a typical session look like?
I arrive, set up the equipment, and we begin with a targeted warm-up. The main workout is strength-focused and adjusted in real time based on how your body is moving that day. We finish with a cool-down and I pack everything away. You don't touch a thing.
Can my partner or family member join?
Yes — couples and family sessions are available. Each person gets their own program adjusted to their level, and I coach both throughout the session. It's a great way to train together without compromising on individual attention.
Logistics & pricing
Where do you train clients?
Concierge sessions are available across the Westside — Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, West Hollywood, Mar Vista, Venice, and Marina del Rey. Studio sessions are at my private gym in Mar Vista. Virtual coaching is available anywhere.
How much does it cost?
Sessions start at $165. Pricing depends on format and frequency. We'll cover specifics on the strategy call after I understand your goals and schedule. No hidden fees, no packages you have to prepay.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens. I ask for 24 hours' notice to reschedule. With only 12 clients, every slot matters — but I'm flexible when things come up. We'll work it out.
What if I'm traveling?
You'll get custom travel workouts designed for hotel gyms, Airbnb setups, or just bodyweight. Optional live check-ins keep you accountable. Progress doesn't stop because your location changed.
